Lee Mitzel
President/Owner

Lee Mitzel is the President and owner of North Valley Homes(A Division of Mitzel Builders). He has been in the home building industry since 1977 and so brings many years of expertise to our community. You will hear Lee comment often that our manufactured and modular homes are built even better than his "Stick Built" homes. He always says that you can't take his "Stick Built" homes down the road at 60-70 miles an hour!!

Dave Meuchels
Corporate CFO

Dave Meuchels is our Mitzel Builders Corporate CFO with a Major in Accounting and Minor in Business Administration from Minot State University. Dave has many years of experience in financing and buisiness management and has been with us for 3 years.
